Yoga Part III

I lied.

After Yoga was brought up in my World Religions class, I was so excited about the concept of learning about Yoga in school (!!) that I decided to write my monthly paper on the role of Yoga in Hinduism (historically and today). I also wanted to talk about the way in which Hindu scriptures point to Yoga as an ascetic practice necessary and accessible to all.

Turns out – Yoga is much more relaxing to take part in than it is to research excessively and write about. Seriously. Ask my husband. He had to comfort me as I cried my way through a disheveled conclusion.

So, thanks a lot WR615. Now Yoga makes me want to do drugs.
